IIO Said: "Your case has been assigned to officer" - how much longer?

Spoke with IIO today

She said that it will take 15 months from ND as they are processing Dec2000 cases. I have seen approval for FEB/MARCh/APRIL2001 here.

There have been a few exceptional cases but it is true that they are processing Mid Dec 2000 to Mid

There have been a few exceptional cases of faster approval but it is true that they are processing Mid Dec 2000 to Mid Jan 2001 cases so hang in there. I am also waiting with ND of 02/06/2001. I know a alot of guys with ND of Dec 2000 still waiting.
 
Not only that. There are some Sep/Oct/Nov cases are also waiting. But, here most of them are after R

What\'s going on?

It\'s strange. If what IIO said was true, my case was with officer
since mid Nov. Nothing happens yet. No RFE or anything.

Could somebody share some ideas of what\'s going on?
