IIO said approved online and avm not updated yet

my case had been approved today according to IIO,few minutes back when i called her she said that thought avm and onlines status say the same old message...but i think i should have belief in the officer who said it.........

RFE received by INS on 02/04/03, is that INS AVM/Online updated date or the date you submitted (track date from USPS/Fedex)?

Just want to get an idea that how long INS approve a RFE case.

As in your post there's a typo (I think)
