Let us keep track of the cases that have been assigned to IIO officer recentely...We all know that RAGJADA\'s case assigned to IIO and his got approval this week....Please start adding your cases if you know that it has been assigned to officer....

Count me in. Mine was supposedly assigned 9/12/01.

TSC-EB3-India;PD-4/18/97;RD-8/25/99;ND-9/14/99;1st FP-11/10/99 approved 1/00;2nd FP-5/9/01 approved 5/14/01;3rd AP approved on 8/22 my EAD approved on 9/1/01 but waiting on card but NOT my spouse\'s;AD-praying for it,application pending with the man upstairs as well!

EB2 (NIW), China, RD: 03/29/00, ND: 04/13/00,
FP: 05/30/00, (expired on 09/09/01), no approval yet.

I believe RAJDAGA\'s case was assigned on 08/30/01, and approved
on 09/15/01, so it took about two weeks. Correct me if I am wrong.

I came up with the same calculation, however we know the ways of the INS:-(. Inconsistency and unpredictability is the name of the game!
 
You need to call the TSC INS

When the IIO picks up the phone (Takes a long long long....time) then when you issue them the SRC#..they will inform you if it assigned to Officer..otherwise they will say blah blah....(still working on July 99 cases.........)

Spoke with an IIO and she said she will talk to her supervisor and
get my case assigned to an officer.

ND: 9/99

My case was assigned on 7-24(2 months ago)

I am concerned about this since it was assigned 2 months ago. My attorney checked on it twice and got the same answer saying it is still with the same officer since it was assigned.

Per AVM, approved on 09/25. As per IIO assigned to officer on 09/19.
Details: PD=don\'t know, EB2 (RIR), RD=3/00, ND=5/00, FP=7/00, 2EADs & 2 APs. Began the process in 3/99.

Looks like TSC is moving. My AVM got updated on 09/25 itself.
