Good News atlast. I came to know thru AVM just know that mine and my wife case was approved on Sep 4th.

Details:

Country: India
PD: Oct 1997
RD: Aug 1999
ND: Sep 1999
AD: Sep 2001

No of EADs Applied and received: 3
Two Advance parole(which i do not need anymore....)
RFE received for employment letter on July 23rd and responded on Aug 7th and GC approved on Sep 4th.

Also came to know that my friend case was also approved on Aug 31st.

You sent back RFE on Aug 7. When was your AVM being updated?

My RFE was sent in to INS for over 17 days, checked with IIO two times, they said they haven\'t received it yet.
