P.O. Box 1000
Saint Albans, Vermont 05479.
Mark it (both in the letter and outside on the envelope) as "TO THE PERSONAL ATTENTION OF THE DIRECTOR"

Hi Guys,
As far as linking I140 and I485 is concerned, the IIOs tell
different stories. My friend was told that their is no way
this can be done.
In my case, the IIO said my I485 is pending. It is not on
hold. So, I did not ask her to link them up. And, I was
told that I should call them only after 3 months if I do not
hear from them!??
Anyway, Congratulations to all of you who have got your
I485 approved! Good Luck to the rest!!
