I am still waiting. PD 4/97 485 RD 8/99 ND 9/99 FP 8/00 No RFE Amended I140 ND 4/18/1. Not approved yet.

PD:4/98;ND:2/14/00;Amended 140 filed by IGTE on 5/6/01 but no receipt yet. RFE generated on 6/26/01 for updated employment letter

Yes I am in the same boat. VAC AVM says RFE mailed on June 25th. No word yet from LD. I am trying to get these straightened out by keeping in touch with people in same situation. Please post if you get any additional info. I will do the same. Thanks for your reply.

Igate, PD-Oct98, ND-1/18/00, Amended I-140 on 5/15/01. called
IIO and found out that Additional Info. has requested on 6/26/01 don\'t know what info. has requested. LD has not received anything yet.

Does any one else is facing the same situation.

I am in the same boat. AVM says RFE mailed on 06/26. Called LD. No word from them yet. Asked them to call laywer....they are not ready for that too.
BTW PD 11/1997 I-485 ND: Oct 1999 FP: March 2001--Emplifi
