My I-140 got approved last year.
Later the company chnaged the name and TAX ID .

Now I am ready to file for I-485.
Can I still use the old company name?

What options do I have?

Technically, your employer is supposed to have applied
for an amendment to the I140 they have got approved for
you.

Since it is not done so far, you can go ahead and file
your I485. After you receive your receipt for I485 ask
your employer to file amended I140 specifying your A#.
This way your amended I140 will not be treated as a new
one. Hence, that will save you a lot of time.

Yes!! I140 should have the name of the beneficiary.
A# should be provided along with name if it is
Amended I140!!
