Hi Friends,
                I had a talk with the secreatary of my senator. She said the coveted memo which we all were talking about was out but got rejected at the second level (I do not know about those levels but had read a posting about that). Since it is back to square one we cannot expect that until end of september. Bad news .. but that\'s what i got to know
