  I am also EB3 / PD Jan 99 / ND Oct 99 / FP Mar 01 / RFE Jul 01. Waiting for approval. Even though I am not from IGate still I hope that we share most of the details at same time. There by I am hoping we all might get approvals this week. Dont lose hope.

Sugreev, I am also stuck. PD 4/97 RD 8/99 ND 9/99. Amended I140 4/1 not approved. Recently mailed RFE which has not been received by LD. Did you talk to IIO.

My details PD 10/97, RD 8/99 ND 9/99 FP 8/00 recently received a RFE for employment letter, which the LD acknowledged. Also got an email from the lawyers about the RFE and request for immediate action from the LD. RFE was only for employment letter not for W2, paystubs.
