RFE was mailed out on 07/09/2001. I didn\'t receive it yet. Is anyone receive RFE whose was issued and maile out around this date. The LD is saying, they didn\'t receive anything yet. But they receive my amended I140 receipt yesterday. My amended I140 was filed on 05/08/2001.
 
why so late??

u had filed ur 485 so early!! u should have got ur GC by now...why? what happened? why this delay? what is this RFE for?
another fellow iGater had filed 485 in Nov 99 and his case was on hold - once released he got his GC in end of May 01.

You also need luck. I have been unlucky so far. I do not know RFE details and am waiting for RFE to be received by LD.
