iGATE -- RFE generated last week

Folks, An RFE was generated(07/19 I beleive) for me asking for Emp Letter, last week. LD has not received it yet.

Kris Sarman, it looks like your lawyer took a week after receiving the response from our LD. I think this delay is bad though you/we can\'t do anything about it. Can you please read your private, Kris?

AVM say nothing about RFE.
 
Avg. time to respond to RFE by LD

Another friend of mine from Emplifi also got his RFE which was generated on 6/26, LD already received it and responded to that RFE through the lawyer, Average time for receipt is about 2-3 weeks, so I guess you have to be patient. I know it is frustrating (RFEs in particular) but there is nothing that can be done unfortunately.

Hi Phil Spears,
   Hope this information will help you to predict when you will receive the RFE. I called INS on 07/10/01, no RFE as per IIO. When I checked the AVM, it said that RFE was was generated and mailed on 07/11/01. It also said that I can contact the IIO, if I need any further detail on this RFE. My lawyer received the RFE on 07/16/01.
   Check your AVM. If it says that it was mailed on such and such date, then allow a week to receive it in hand.
