My friend who applied in Dec-99 Got Approved Apr-08
FP done in Mar-01 .
NO RFE for Co Name Change
IS the law applied i.e. no RFE for CO name Change

Those people at INS should be sued for this.I don\'t have anything against people who are getting approvals inspite of the company name change.

I just feel very strongly about not applying the same law to everyone.

What are these guys doing ? We can\'t even complain about them to anyone. Who is going to respond. Immigration is their lowest priiority. Who cares about foreign nationals ?

my friend (Emplifi) got his approvals ~2 weeks ago... he is from India, but his wife is not - so he had no PD issue... his amended I-140 was proactively filed last year - but he did not have any RFE...
