IGATE. Just got an RFE for god knows what.. Another 6 months man.

The problem with VSC is they send mixed signals. In my case, 2nd RFE ordered on 6/18/01, 10 more days to wait from iio. In Vict_1998 case, 60 more days to wait from now although his 2nd RFE was also ordered on 6/18/01.

I called the INS on the 29th of May, and the IIO said that a "Notice of Action for additional material" MAY BE issued in my case. Later on, it was found that an RFE was issued on the 31st of May, 2001. My lawyer received it (I believe)on the 4th of June and replied back by the 6th of June. The AVM was updated on the 20th of June to the RFE having been received.

Princeofpersia: Thanks for the good wishes. Hopefully it will happen as you say. But seeing the randomness with which INS has been dealing with cases, I don\'t bet on any approval anytime soon (I hope I am wrong). Hopefully, the issues in your case would be resolved soon too.
