GC ??? no yet... case as usual under review (I called those ... today again - 20 minutes to go through, another 10 to wait for an IIO)... again the same song : 4 weeks or more...

1) More I-485 approvals
2) More I-140 approvals
3) Received receipt notices for the amended I-140\'s filed during the
   last week of April and for the month of May.

Something interesting: I was told on Friday afternoon (around 3 PM) by IIO that my I140 is not approved yet and today its on your list. Do they process it on weekends? Or may be it got approved after 4 PM on friday!!

But thats fast. and you are so cool!

Hi ,
   In i-485 , does the area of the Company is alos matter. Because i saw few cases they got their I-485 Approval in MAY and their notice date was 0CT2000. They took only 8 week after FP. How much time is taking in the BOSTON AREA. Do U guys have any IDEA.
