try to call ESC - they are supposed to have copies of receipts for cases submitted up to ........ my was on April 17, 2001 - also I know about April 18, 2001 - and it was last week...

I sent the HR representative an e-mail a few days ago asking her to let me know when they recieve I140 notice for me.

I was totally surprised when I found my I 140 amendment get approved
on 05/23. It was filed by Igate on 04/18. Any thoughts as what will
happen next ?????

I came to know about the I 140 approval from AVM today but
my I 485 still has not been approved.

Hi,

I filed I-140 amendment on 03/28 to VSC because the company changed, but my original I-140 approved already. I was told that to file I-140 amendment is just like to redo I-140 because VSC put I-140 amendment in the same queue with regular I-140. Is that true? I don\'t want to wait another 8 months to get my I-140 amendment approved. Is I-140 amendment needed (because of company name changed) for Consular Processing ? Please help!!!!
