It is time for me to say good news, I came to know thru AVM yesterday that mine and my wife case was approved on Sep 4th.

Details:

Category: EB3
Country: India
PD: Nov 1998
RD: Nov 1999
ND: Nov 1999
AD: Sep 4th 2001

No of EADs Applied and received: 2
One Advance parole
RFE received for employment letter on July 27th and responded on Aug 3rd
and INS received on Aug 7th and and GC approved on Sep 4th.

Couple of my friends(Igate\'rs) are also approved on sep 4th,

What is the REF?

Would you please explain the sentence "RFE received for employment letter on July 27th and responded on Aug 3rd and INS received on Aug 7th and and GC approved on Sep 4th."?

arthur, My RFE was mailed by INS on 7/18 but was replied by the lawyer only last week and the RFE reply was received by ins on 9/7 and AVM updated on 9/10. Delay due to lawyer was more than 45 days. LD was prompt. They responded in 1 day. Thanx for checking.
 
Stamping completed

I have already given all other details in main tag.

This is my stamping experience.

I received approval letter on 11th Sep.

We went for stamping on 13th Sep. It was easy and quick process.

I took these things for stamping
1. EAD\'s
2. I-94
3. Two Photos
4. Advance Parole
and Of course my passport.

I hope this will be useful.
