It is true. I checked with ESC. They told me my amended I10 was approved. It was filed on 4/12. ND 4/26. My PD 4/97. FP 8/2000.

AVM not yet updated. My colleague too with same dates Igate got his 1140 amended approved.

Does that mean we are very near the winning post ?

I received an email from ESC(Employee Servixe Center - Emplifi) . The following is the content of the email.

I am attaching a list of employees whose Amended I-140\'s have got approved
during the month of June 2001. The approval notices have been sent to
ESC/HR for disptach. As you can see the volume is high and I am doing my
best to get as much information I can to the field employees. I expect the
I-485 approval for these cases soon.

This email is from TN. Are we seeing the end of the Tunnel soon ?

and I got copy of amended I-140 approval notice from ESC already...

it was actually approved ( notice date ) = May 31, 2001... and message system is not yet updated...

hmmm... may be my GC is also approved already ??????????

I\'m in this list. RD 4/12 and ND 4/26.

As per Igate\'s posting on EOW on 6th June and this above list, 85 cases have been approved out of those 201 cases. Let\'s hope that rest of get our approvals in the next few days!

Filed before Apr 27 - 2 approved / 49 filed ( 4% )

      Total 49 approved / 271 filed ( 18% )

Batch# 2 has the best performance with the highest percentage of approvals.
