Guys..

My pd=12/97 nd for 485 = 09/22/99 rfe for employment letter = 02/08/01 amended i140 filed on 04/26 nd 05/23 eb3 india

Just now talked to IIO and she told me that my case is in adjucating area and asked me to check back after 30days. She said even my i140 is in the same area and asked me to check back after 30days. Does anybody know what this adjucating area is and what does it mean that my case is with adjucating officer.

I think it is the new terminology they invented. Last couple of weeks it has been "we are processing such cases" , but before that it was case will be allocated to an officer
