IGATE any new approvals after RFE.

Hi Guys , are there any new IGATE approvals after filing the RFE mine was submitted last monday nothing yet.

My RFE was received by INS on 7th Aug. No approval yet.

RFE Received

Mine was received by INS on August 6, 2001. The AVM also updated promptly. No approval yet. I read in this board, that it normally takes about 2-4 weeks to get the approval after INS receives the RFE response.

Approval by Friday 8/17

Hi guys,

You both should get your approvals by Friday. I have been observing the pattern of approvals after RFE is replied and came to this conclusion.

A couple of my friends RFE replies were received by VSC on 7/25 and they were approved on 8/3. My RFE reply was received by INS on 8/1 and my case was approved on 8/10. Similarly another person reply was received by VSC on 7/30 and that person was approved on 8/10. Therefore, since your replies were received by INS last week, you should get approvals by Friday 8/17.
