Amended I140 may not be reqd. anymore. What did the IIO say in your case ? Is your case on hold still ?

In my case it is like 2-3 weeks(standard answer) and this happened twice!!..am planning to call wed coz the second 2-3 weeks will be 4 weeks by then!!

2 -3 weeks for amended I140 approval or I485 approval ? When you call on Wed. better ask them if your case is on hold still ? If so for what reason. I am hoping it is not on hold. If it is not, then dont worry your approvals will be coming soon.

If your amended I140 was approved Jun 12, then your I485 approval should be coming in soon. But talk to IIO and ask how much longer. If there is no progress, you might want to contact your congressman or senator. Sometimes this really HAS helped.

What about those guys 485 filed after the name change. I see most cases where the 485 was filed when name was Mastech and then Amended 140 for name change. Has anybody\'s case got Amended 140 filed for the above said reason. Please post.

My amended 140 notice date is 4/18/1. It is not yet approved. You need lots of luck.
