Just wanted to know if the list of receipts that was received by LD is already posted ? I checked on Emplifi Website and it does not look like they did so. Anyway, I will wait.

If you get the list, please do publish that here atleast, lots of people will benifit from that. Thanks for all that you have been doing for us.

Everybody is eager to see whether Amend. I 140 will make any differece. There are 2 things to know
1. Are they expedite processing or the usual stuff like 5-6 months.
2. We want to make sure that it wont affect negatively(rather than geting RFE for empl. letter and replying, wait 5-6 months for I 140)

When last time I spoke(3 weeks ago) they said they wont consider ( you dont need, rather) A I 140s. Now looks like a new development regarding the receipt.
BTW my case is RD 1199, AI140 filed on May 23rd.
