I am in the process of hiring a Notary public to come for a visit here
in the US to notarize my PR card application. If you need to file your
PR Card from the US and do not wish to take the risk to goto Canada to
do that due to many different reasons, please contact me.

The Notary Public would be here in Des Moines, IA where i live
sometime in the later this month. To make his trip more worthwhile for
him. His fee is 300 USD/ person plus travel, boarding, and food
expense. He is a lawyer in Toronto.

Email me directly if you like.

“4 > Apply for a photo provincial ID $35 in most provinces
just show your American driver's license at a DMV in
any Canadian city, no questions asked you will receive
your photo ID in 2 weeks at a Canadian address”

I don’t think Ontario has any photo provincial ID, because once you go to DMV in Toronto area if you show your US license they keep the US license and give you new license if US license is 2 years old. If not they give you G2 license. Vancouver has provincial ID like US has State ID. In Ontario you have to get license that is ID, but for picking up PR card the Passport and Landing papers are enough, they cant force you to get a DL or Health card

--- I know a person who sent his PR Card application + first page of Passport+ Photographs clicked in US according to PR card specification in Vancouver to a friend and the friend has his lawyer he did stamp his papers and paid to Photoshop for the Stamp at back, friend mailed the application from Canada and the person when only to collect the PR card.

$300 is expensive.
