If you live in CA ,where will be 140 EB2 filed?

Hi

We are just starting the process (PERM not yet filed). I am confused where will the 140 be filed if the company and we are in CA? USCIS website said Nebrasca?

Regardless of where the company is located, all the I-140 applications go to Nebraska. They then will let you know in your receipt at which service center your application will be processed.
