I have notices 2 "versoins" of FP notice.
Versoin 1
Line 3 of the notice, first cells is APPLICATION NUMBER FPS*......, second cell is RECEIVED DATE, and 3rd cell is PRIORITY DATE.
Version 2
Line 3, first cell is APPLICATION NUMBER WAC...... (not FPS*... as in Version 1.), second cell is completely blank, 3rd cell is SERVICE CENTER WSC (and what is WSC???).
Please check your FP notice and post here what version you have. Thanks in advance!
 
My 12/2001 notice was like version 1, the FP notice I just received is different. Please also post

Mine was version 2. (It was 2nd Finger print notice because
my first one was expired(15 month+) pending.

Thanks jkwon. My attorney also said that fingerprint results are valid for 15 months. Where did you hear about this 15-month rule?
 
15 months rule is INS\'s guideline

and I knew it because I am the victim of that 15 months rule.
 
how did they hold off your application 15months after FP? RFE?

You have faxed inquiries about your case? I assume your RD is before JIT (1/1/2001). Good luck!
