When I read this for the first time I thought it was referring to the letter granting asylum, but if you read the last part of the notice (see below) it says bring the final order you received from the Immigration Judge. I suppose it is the letter granting asylum.
Then, what documentation I suppose to receive if I go to the local office? Thanks for your comments.
You should be prepared to bring with you a copy of the final order you received from the Immigration Judge and documents establishing your identity (passport, driver’s license, USCIS issued employment authorization document, etc.)

I was granted Asylum by the IJ judge last Nov 04. I applied for EAD and I-94 the same day I was granted Asylum. I went last week when this memo came out and I was told to re-file my papers with the Nebraska service center.
So basically it's just wasting your time going down there.
