How do you know... these update was released May 20 ...have you been for a appointment today???

This notice says:

If you have been granted Lawful Permanent Resident or Asylum status during proceedings before an Immigration Judge and you have not yet received documentation of your status, please schedule an appointment with your local USCIS office to get that documentation.

What does it means documentation of your status? To get what documentation?

When I read this for the first time I thought it was referring to the letter granting asylum, but if you read the last part of the notice (see below) it says bring the final order you received from the Immigration Judge. I suppose it is the letter granting asylum.

Then, what documentation I suppose to receive if I go to the local office? Thanks for your comments.

You should be prepared to bring with you a copy of the final order you received from the Immigration Judge and documents establishing your identity (passport, driver’s license, USCIS issued employment authorization document, etc.)

i think that is a I-94

But if you go to the Green Card (LPR) USCIS webpage (http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/residency/index.htm) you will find a new link to obtain the Green Card: Immigration through Immigration Court Order.

And that will take you to the link that Samoel posted first in this thread.

I think immigration is going to separate the process for those who were granted asylum by judge (court) from those who were granted asylum by immigration officer.

This is just my thought.

What documentation are they reffering to. I have a copy of the judge's decision. What else do we need to have?

Like blind said might be the dreadful I-94 .....

I was granted Asylum by the IJ judge last Nov 04. I applied for EAD and I-94 the same day I was granted Asylum. I went last week when this memo came out and I was told to re-file my papers with the Nebraska service center.

So basically it's just wasting your time going down there.
