You have sent letter thru Senator or you have called more than 3 times after filing I485 then your case will be delayed.
This is the strategy VSC is following. This is conclusion I drew after seeing so many posting. So any body
contradicting this situation please post

When you said "called more than 3 times", do you include calling the automated voice message?

Do you have any reasonable evidence on this??
I remember the posting long time ago that TSC put the flies to
seperate location so called Congressional unit, for those who sent letters to Senators or Representative...
I do not know if this was correct...

Anyway I hope you are wrong since I sent the letter to Senator last
year...:)

I do not believe this. I have called IIO prabably about 3-4 times, and
never got the impression that they are going to separate based on
telephone calls. Today my application got approved. I know
some of them who used to call every month and still able to
get approval. The INS has enough work with so many catogories,
countries, PDs, etc, and there is no way they form another queue
based on telephone calls and senator letters. Probably, IIOs try
to scare the caller by giving all these scary information. Anyway,
I did not achieve much by calling them.
