If you are an EB3 applicant from India..

If you are an EB3-India applicant and your case is pending, what's your PD year:

  • Total voters
    193
Conclusion

Thanks to all those who participated in this poll. I was expecting 2002-2003 to be big but my worst fears have come true. If this poll is a fair indication of the general PD spread for EB3 India, it looks like 2001 is also going to be a big bottleneck to clear. And as I fall towards the latter part of 2002 (oct), I am really at the tail end of this bell curve of pending cases.

Another thing: I don't know if you can see this but I have enabled the ability to click on the polled numbers for each option to see exactly who voted for which selection. One thing I noticed is that some people have lot of case details in their signature but have not included the PD month and/or year. It will help everyone if you take a few minutes of your time and at least add this information which helps everybody else to understand where you are coming from and also understand where they stand.

1- Biggest/Worst fear is that USCIS is processing in a very "Strange Fashion". 100% are pending (50% = Retrogression, 50% Security Checks), irrespective to PD. Who gets approval? when?, nobody knows. Uncertain....
2-Did USCIS send file for security checks or not? uncertain...
3- Biggest/Worst fear is that FBI is not clearing/processing based on PD to clear Security Checks. Is the file in the queue or cannot be located? Uncertain...
4- The way the USCIS is operating, nobody can predict about any approval, atleast in the current situation. Whoever gets approval will be a good sign that USCIS is still interested to give GC.
5- Biggest/Worst fear is that the new rules, policies, budgets, politics refuse to accomodate the immigration issues.
6- Biggest/Worst fear is that PERM will bring a huge backlog.

hello

hi gc-aug_o5, can you please tell me what was the reason that you had given them for the expidiate request,.
regards

I am wondering how we got 2 votes with the PD Year 2005. I understand the retrogression started in Jan 2005; and never become current later than that.
