I guess with this poll it means 2001 is the first biggest in the order of retrogression being cleared 1998-2000 are small percentage.

How to find out that LUD is changing When I do a case status search in www.uscis.gov with my EAC number I get the following result

"On March 7, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."
