If my case were denied and I am in of status. after than out of status What is gonna be?

I am a student. I have f-1 visa still go to school.
If my case denied but on that time I am in of status.
after a year I am out of status. What next ?

- if you are in status and you get denied nothing happens you continue your status as an F1 student . but i believe you have 2 weeks window to appeal with the asylum office . but you can apply for asylum again with the immigration court , if you were out of status at the time of decision they will automatically refer you to the immigration court .
