IF LC got denied while pending 7th year H1 extn application

Hi all!

What will happen if the pending LC got denied while the application of 7th year extension is still pending? Will INS deny the H-1B? Are they ever checking on pending LCs for 7th year extension purposes?

What will happen if the pending LC got denied while the application of 7th year extension is still pending? Will INS deny the H-1B? Are they ever checking on pending LCs for 7th year extension purposes?
----- if USCIS dicovers that LC is denied before they approve 7th year H1 then they will NOT approve 7th year H1 extension. if they dont dicover about LC denial or approve the 7th year then the 7th year extension will be valid once approvedbut no 8th year H1 extension in future
