if i change my home address during 485, will it cause anything negative?

I moved from CA to MA. Now I got the FP notice to be done at CA.

This is a big confusion. So you can face problems like this.

Whom to call local INS App Supp center or the IIO at Vermont. and I would appreciate if you can pl provide the tel no. Do I have to fix another appointment or how does it work?

I was moving to new assignment in NJ before I got FP, I just call to VSC and spoke with IIO, they ch

 
 
I think it\'s possible.

If you moved from Boston to San Jose, you would be very likely to get an RFE or transfer because the officer would suspect if you were still working for the same employer.
 
I changed home address and case approved. No REF

My RD, ND: 3/2001
I changed home address in 12/2001. Called IIO to update my new address after moving.
My case was approved on 01/15/2002. No delay, NO REF.

Please call IIO @ 802-527-4913. Never send mail to change address.

Thanks..But, does the change of address within the same state..

or between different states matter for RFE or local transfer?..What\'s the basis for local transfer other than changing the employer? Appreciate your answers..
 
Sher - Was the place for FP mentioned at new address local INS office?

I too changed address 3 mo back. I got FP last week but the FP appointment place is CA (my old addr).
