If h1 transfer is denied, any alternatives??

Hi all,

I have a complicated RFE on a H1 transfer and my current employer is taking care of answering the query. But what would happen if the H1 transfer is denied? (thats what it looks like)

1. Is my old H1 still valid?
2. If not, is there any grace period before i go out of status?
3.Can I start a new H1 transfer with another employer within the grace period if any?
4.If i choose to ignore the RFE and transfer my H1 to another new employer, will that work inspite of the pending RFE?
5.If my H1 is denied, can i apply for a new H1 for this october? if so, will my previous H1 case has any effect on this?

1. Its valid unless it was cancelled by previous employer.
2. No grace period. Will be out of status immediately.
3. you can try another transfer with another employer.
4. probably fine.
5. you can transfer your current H1. No need to file for next quota.
