If H1 transfer case gets rejected.....

If H1 transfer case ,From company A to company B, gets rejected. Does that mean you can still work for company A?

My Company A is a placement firm and they did a contract on hire agreement with my employer(Company B) . I spent 6 months with them as a consultant from company A. Now we are in process of getting H1 transfered to Company B. If , due to any reason, trasfer case gets rejected. Can I work for my placement company(A) again ?

If the transfer was not approved, your status will remain with the old employer.
