if GC approved Do Ins check my I94 expired date

I was on a H1B visa and applied to I485 while I was on H1B. The H1B and H4 got expired in Oct 2001 but by that time I received by EAD. Therefore I kept working on EAD (by filing a new I9 form with the employer).

My I94 also expired with the Green Card. My question is when I\'ll go for passport stamping, will that creat a problem since my I94 is expired?
 
Why would it?

Once your H-1B expired, you remained in status since you had a valid I-485 filed. The only thing the INS cares about is that the I-485 was received before the expiration date in the I-94.

You don\'t have to worry about anything. You have valid authorisation to work before your H1 & H4 expiry. So you are okay. Good luck.
