Wife's EAD expiration date is 3/25/2003. So I applied the renewal on 12/31/2002 to TEXAS INS. I heard it should be take more than 90 days for renewal. So I guess she will not be able to get the renewal after the expiration date. But, she will start her own small business soon(within this month). If she can not get the EAD renewal till 3/25/2003, should she stop her business temporarily until she get the EAD renewal? Please advise me if you have any idea. My EAD expiration date is same but still I have a Valid H1-b, which is expired on 12/2003.
