But i heard in SF, its like 6-8 months for Individual... Is kind of similar duration for others as well?
Yes it can be preponed. If I can present evidence indicating that if my individual hearing will not be preponed, I will face extremely unusual hardship. Or it can be preponed by the court for some reasons that I do not know, if I were lucky. According to the experience, the date of the individual hearing is more likely to be postponed.
Individual Hearing depends on the judge's calendar. For example, Judge A's calendar is 1 month later. Judge B's calendar is 6 months later. Judge C is 1 year later. Judge D is 1 and half year later. My judge's calendar is 3 years later.
