Talked to IIO
I called IIO, she said my case is pending and it is because they are doing some mandatory Security Checks.
I told her that EAD Expiring.
She asked me If my address is the same.
Since I765\'s (EAD) are taking less than month I should apply
2nd week of JULY.Its totally my decision.
ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN.
MAY GOD HELP ALL OF US

me: Good Afternoon. Thank you for taking my call. I\'d like to know the current status of my I-485 application
IIO: What\'s your EAC #?
me: EAC-02-xxx
After a minuet
IIO: Your date is Oct. 22. August case is being processed now.
me: You\'re saying, processing is based on ND not RD?
IIO: Processing is based on the date physically put into the system.
(I guess, it\'s based on ND)
me: When do you think my case\'ll be completed?
IIO: It\'ll take about 2 months or more.
me: I got it. Thank you and have a good day.
Is it reliable? I don\'t know - August ND is being processed now not August RD ????

IIO said VSC will process using Nov 9 date and currently theu are processing August 1 cases. I have to wait 3 months more.................

Which means...
they are going by the NOTICE DATE and not the RECEIPT DATE as debated on this forum.
My dates are also close to yours.

Spoke to an IIO about the Card.
Hi Guys,
I called up VSC today, wanted to confirm that the change of address which I mentioned on the I-485 approval at the time of stamping was done or not.
I : Hi good after noon , how are you ?
IIO : I am good , can I help you.
I : Wanted to confirm about the change of address.
IIO : What is your reciept number or A #.
I gave her my reciept number.
IIO: what is the address.
I gave her the new address.
IIO : This address is already in our system somebody has updated it on June 6. What is the date you filed 485 ?
I : last year in July.
IIO : We are still processing July cases, it will take some time for your approval.
I: Mam.... My case is already approved, I have even done the stamping.
IIO : Oh yeah...I see it.... your case got approved on May 17th.
I : Mam, just want to know when I will recieve the card.
IIO : Let me check on another system.
she put me on hold for 2 mins.
IIO : Your card is in the final process, every information is entered, you should expect your card in 30 days. If you don\'t get the card in 30 days give us a call again.
I : Thank you mam for your help.

Please see attachment; this will explain why the IIOs are talking about the ND as RD: also the procedure Laid out are Documented very Clearly, but the Contractors are goofing up...
