If the 485 is denied by missing FP, can we apply again using the same 140? Is the approved 140 still valid? Thanks.

------------what do you mean by "missing FP"?? when you get FP notice you should go for FP. always update your new address by writing to USCIS and informing on 1800 then again confirm from 1800 after 15-20 days if they have your correct address. form AR11 does NOT change your adddress on pending petitions with USCIS.

----I-140 remain valid if employer dont request to revoke it

I mean 485 was denied because we did not show for the FP. Can we refile based on the approved 140? Is the 140 still valid?

did you got FP notice and you did not go for FP??
or you did not recieved FP notice and I-485 is denied
if recieved I-485 denial notice what is the reason for I-485 denial?
was the I-140 approved and then employer revoked?
