Hi Experts,
I have a question reg IEAD. The labour got certified in IL labour and my I140/485 is going to be from Nebraska. Can I get i IEAD from Phoenix(where I live in) eventhough it does not fall in this Jurisdiction.
What all i should take along with me to take IEAD.Anybody got any experience with Phoenix,Arizona IEAD approval.

I believe that an interim EAD is issued only when an applicaiton for an EAD is pending for more than 90 days at a Service Center. If you are yet to apply for I-140 and/or I-485, I recommend that you apply for EAD at that time. If that application for EAD does not get adjudicated after 90 days, you can file for the interim EAD (I-EAD) from the local office.
