Got the I-EAD at BCIS Manhattan, New York.
Tough Experience:
Stood in the line at 4:00AM and there were 50 people already ahead of me. They were particular in checking the RD > 90 days. If RD>90 days they issue a ticket otherwise simply refuse to issue a ticket. The whole process took a long time and got the I-Ead at 1:00PM.
