I got an intelligent question,

As I-765 is going to take 150-180 days, are they going to say-you need spending 180 days after applying before you can go for IEAD?. Anything is possible.

INS/BCIS has clear instructions to issue interim EAD if more than 90 days have passed since EAD application.
 
Agreed, They will issue an I-EAD after 90 days.

But when you go to the local office. Local office may give you an appointment to come an collect the I-EAD say after 45 days.

In which case, they have not denied issuing I-EAD after 90 days. But there is gap between the expiry and new I-EAD.
