Hi gurus,
 Please help. How do I get an IEAD at INS San Jose. My mailing date of my(along with my wifes) 1-485/AP/EAD is 10/05/2001 and INS received it on 10/09/2001. My H1 and my wifes H4 is expiring on 10/15/2001.

You can get one 3 months after your receipt date.

But you could extend your h1 if you filed your LC application for your green card one year ago.
