Now i know after watching INS ppl why the approvals are just hanging. simply because of slackers filled in there.
Took me 10 hours just for IEAD. and 3 ppl serving on 9 displayed counters taking there time to server i guess around 90 tokens.

reached Sanata ana at 3.50AM ( never done that in my life except to catch Bhopal shatabdi without reservasion ) . There were around 35 ppl in front of me . Then the wait started , 5AM starbucks opened , that was the best thing happaned in the whole day. 7.10 they slowly allowed ppl in and were told to go to 7th floor to get token. He checked my pending EAD receipt and gave me a token to go to 5th floor at 8.30. Now the wait begins for ur token number .took me around 4 hours to be called eventhough only 35 ppl were serverd. my paperwork was checked up told to get 0$ receipt and the nwait for ur name to be called for picture. 2 more hour of wait and finally got 8month iead. I guess by this time all my enthusiasm and joy for getting the card had died down. Took the card and did't even bother to thank the lady giving out the cards. Felt like it was my job to get this one for my work it was her job to give it me.

One advice , if u r going there early morning just take a folding chair and something to keep u warm.

As the wait time is around 10hrs @Santa Ana, I went to San Bernardino for iEAD. Though I live in Orange county, I went there. They run out of token sometime in the afternoon. So no need to go early in the morning.

that place is hour and half drive from my place and this one is 10 mins drive from my place so it depends but really i was hoping to get out by 11 max but i guess INS has its own ways. 1 hour of wait was cause they ran out of EAD laminations while serving 90 ppl in a day . Makes me laugh :D :D .
I was looking up San diago office they serve all the people entering between 8 to 2 PM .
