IEAD question

My wife had RFE on EAD for submittiing correct photos...and we submitted.

RD: 11/16/2004
ND: 11/21/2004
RFE submitted : 01/05/2005

So far not approved...
Can we approach USCIS for IEAD after 02/16...

I think you can approach - I heard that sometime they give it without asking any questions. and I think that is the only option we have..

RFE Info

What was the RFE for photos? because me and my wife both got RFE on I-765 and I-131. But don't know yet about RFE nature. Expecting for Photos.

I donot know what the RFE exactly but my lawyer told...
need to send one set of fresh photos...
I have received this RFE for EAD and AP for my wife and AP for my kids.
I took photos for my wife and kids(2) at same place...USCIS is OK with one of my kid's photos and not OK with my wife and another kid.
Generally RFE would be for photos or legible Copy of Passport and I94 stuff...
