Please give me an idea.

I want to apply iEAD. After 90 days.
Can I go any local office? Ex Boston or Newark?
I am living in CT but I have not so good impression about Hartford local office.

Boston is District office for CT, RI, NH, MA. Any possibility to go there from CT?
 
call the 800 customer service number(or whatever it is called ) , based on your zipcode they'll route to the office you need to go to
