Has anyone who is staying outside the jurisdication of Miami got the I-EAD at Miami District Office ?

Are you still in Florida? Miami is the district office that covers florida (including other ASCs' jurisfiction in florida)

Yes, I am in Jacksonville, FL

But I was told that Miami issues i-EAD only for those who are staying in Miami-Dade County and not for the person who has jurisdiction of sub-office.
