it is on main street (490 probably). Take exit 54 and take main street(left), if it is one way that time and you can not take left, go straight and take left on the next road and come back to main street. The INS office will be on your left, it is the same building as the federal court. Please go around 6-6:30 am as it is very crowded after 7am and you need to wait long time before your turn comes. Rather you go early and finish the business early. This ia just my suggestion. Please post your experience here as I may need to go there for my i-EAD too.
