Hi,
I just would like to share my experience getting an iEAD in boston after 94 days from submission of application.
- I was there at 5:38 AM (15 people ahead of me)
- office opened at 7:00AM
- Was called at 7:30 AM
- out by 8:20 with my interim EAD valid through end of october, 04
- Everyone was curteous.
Few notes:
- fill out a new 765 form
- was asked for my passport, old EAD and my driving licence.
- I am still waiting on a decision on
my I-140 application (EB12/OR/ ND May 31, 2002).
