iEAD - 90 days question

Hi , does anybody know how to count 90 days from RD.

my RD (for EAD) is 10/7/02 and technically 90 days will be over 1/5/03. Can i apply for iEAD on 1/6/03 or i've to apply only after 1/7/03 ?

pls respond. i've a job offer that requires me to produce EAD asap. Thanks!
 
if u r worried about 90 days is on 1/6 or 1/7 Donot make yourself Nervous.
Just go to Local INS centre on 1/7 and u will get the I-EAD the same day .
i haven't answered your question directly but hope this helps as i got it same day
 
I sure hope things will work as the way karora1986 suggests - they very well may - however you might want to call your local INS office and inquire whether they still do same-day EADs.
One of the recent INS HQ memos contained a reminder that adjudicators are personally responsible for running all security checks on the applicant and they became increasingly paranoid. Some local offices no longer issue same day EADs. So do call and verify in advance to be fully aware of your options
